Payment Break Down Per Student:

Family Formation K-5: $75 Per Student ($200 Family Max Only for Family Formation K-5)

MMSA School Families Reduced Fee: $50 (2nd Grade Included)

Middle School 6th: $100

Confirmation Year 1: $200 (Includes In-House Retreat)

Confirmation Year 2: $300 (Includes Offsite Retreat)

Payments can be made via Check to Maternity of Mary Church (Memo Faith Formation) or on our website via Online Giving.
