Payment Break Down Per Student:

Family Formation K-6: $75 Per Student ($150 Family Max Only for Family Formation)

MMSA School Families Reduced Fee: $50 (2nd Grade Included)

Middle School 7th/8th: $100

Confirmation Year 1: $150 (Includes In-House Retreat)

Confirmation Year 2: $100 + ($150 at a later date for retreat fee through NET Ministries)

Payments can be made via Check to Maternity of Mary Church (Memo Faith Formation) or on our website via Online Giving.
